Greenware Plates

Hello Kristin,

I threw 4 plates a week or so ago in hopes of getting them in my last bisque firing but they weren't dry enough, so they didn't make it in. I will be throwing several more of different types so there will be lots to choose from. Since I just did a bisque load it's hard to tell when the next one will be, it takes 200+ pots to fill the kiln. I will keep you posted with periodic updates, if that's OK with you(?).

I need to mention that some of the plates/platters that you said you liked would not translate too well to the practical function of a dinner plate, ie, deep marks or carvings, as they would be hard to eat off of and clean.

I've included a few images of the plates that didn't make it in the last bisque firing.
